The pad printing process

Pad printing uses an elastic silicone pad to transfer ink from an engraved printing plate onto the target object. Because the pad is flexible, it conforms to the contours and surface structures, enabling precise printing even on complex and uneven surfaces. The process begins with the engraving of the desired design on the printing plate. After that, the ink is applied to the plate and the pad picks up the ink from the engraved design to transfer it to the workpiece.
